Responsible for ensuring all shipping and receiving procedures are understood and adhered to as defined by Materials team and BOS.
负责发送和收货流程的正常运行，严格遵从物料组及补偿系统的规定。
Responsible for 5S maintenance throughout plant.
负责整个车间的“5S”工作。
Develop labeling & Packaging both at internal & external customers / suppliers, square to the world principles, part presentation, visual Inventory management, etc.
管理公司内外客户及供应商的标签及包装，遵从世界惯例，部件陈述以及物料库存管理。
Responsible for carrier window time conformance. (Both shipping and receiving.)
负责运送货物（包括发货和收货）时间上的及时性。
Responsible for timely and accurate movement of material within the facility.
负责工厂内部物料的及时而准确地运送。
Responsible for ensuring receipt accuracy and supplier packaging / labelling (conformances. issues, personnel issues, quality issues, & maintenance etc)
确保收据准确，供应商包装标签无误（包括一致性要素，人员要素，质量以及保养等要素）。
This person must update Key Performance Indicators to track and document daily goal attainment.
Responsible for FIFO of product within facility.
制定关键的工作指示以便追踪和证明日工作目标的达成率。负责工厂产品先入先出的管理。
Responsible to coordinate and segregate all potential non-conforming material within the facility, obsolete material, incoming inspection items, quality sorts, etc..
负责协调和隔离工厂所有潜在的没有确认的物料（包括废弃的物料，等待检验的物料，次品等等）
Responsible for adherence to Supplier manual by all suppliers.
按照供应商手册管理所有的供应商。
Developing & maintaining MRP & logistics BOM.
MRP系统的物料清单的保存。
Must prepare daily KOI report for Management staff review Coordinating and managing the flow of materials and finished products.
准备每日KOI报告，以便管理和协调物料和成品的流通。
Ensuring production management to meet customers' needs in real-time.
保证产品及时满足客户的真正需求。
Supporting import & export activities of both materials & CAPEX items. Limiting stock levels to exact needs.
配合物料和CAPEX产品的进出口，有效降低库存。
Monitor logistics performance and implement necessary improvement actions in coordination with other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …)
监控物流日常工作，执行任何需要完善的措施，以便更好地提升产品品质，以及生产效率等。
Analyse customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems.
总结客户交付错误比例，以便提出改进计划：详细说明并优化数据交换，保证系统数据的真实性。
Organizing and Coordinating the shipping of products to customers and the receiving of supplies
组织和协调产品收发。
Ensure customer satisfaction: supervise day to day activities, anticipate customer requirements and maintain good relationships。
保证客户满意：管理日常工作，预见客户要求，和客户保持良好的关系。
Lead the logistics & Purchase team and set objectives. Ensure adequate staffing, training and development of team members.
带领物流和采购组员并制定目标：确保原料充足，培养发展组员。
Monitor logistics processes: supervise day to day activities, prepare and propose the Sales and Operations Plan to the plant management committee,
监控物流流程：日常工作的管理，并且向产品管理协会提供销售与业务计划。
Assure the responsibility of the Master Scheduling Plan with Production team , improve & enhance performance and relationships of suppliers and logistics partners.
确保管理日程计划与生产组的责任分明，改进与供应商以及物流公司的工作效率和关系。
Ensuring the purchase of assigned materials, supplies, and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to meet company objectives.
按照公司的规章和流程采购指定的物料，部件，以及机器设备以便实现公司目标。
Ensuring Purchase teams knowledge of commodities, supplier cost structures (e.g. variable and fixed costs for labour, mark-up contributions, sub component material costs, logistics, historical costs of products, etc.) and global cost competitiveness to achieve cost reduction objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures.
确定采购组员了解以下内容：日用品需求，供货成本架构（如：动变化与固定的劳力，产品子部件成本，物流费，产品以前的成本等等）以及全球成本竞争力以达到与标准运作程序相一致的降低成本的目标。

Educated to college level standard.大专或同等学历
Understanding of verification systems懂认证系统
Proven track record in Materials field 物料领域有据可查的经历
Problem recognition & resolution.发现问题及解决总能的能力
Interior trim product knowledge is desirable.熟悉产品结构
Capable of Administration of Material tasks through product life cycle.整个生产流程物料管理组织的能力
Self motivated and dynamic.强烈的自我意识，精力充沛
Ability to be flexible with regard to working hours to meet business needs.能够适应生产需要，进行加班
Willing to travel, occasionally at short notice.适应出差，偶尔在没有事先通知的情形下
