岗位职责和要求：
Job Description:
- Assist in setting up Service Shop and Installer.
- Provide training and technical support to Service Shop and Installer.
- Handle customer complaint and ensure quality feedback.
- Assist in managing the service operation to improve the customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good acknowledgement of Air-conditioning or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Good command of computer and English kill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
