岗位职责和要求：
Accountability:
Manage Sales Team & Distributors(60%)
Lead sales team to achieve sales target within sales budget
Sales target and budget forecast
Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned classes of trade.
Coach & train Sales Representatives.
Convert strategic accounts to TYCO HEALTHCARE product users.
Fully understand marketing program and activities, plan & execute them according t o requirements of key opinion leaders.
Regular market visits with distributors’ sales team to key end-users or accounts to promote classes of trade.
Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers, end users, opinion leaders and professional associations.
Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and programs to maximize market share and profit.

Planning & Inventory Management (20%)
Understand & forecast seasonal procurement trends within the healthcare industry.
Keep close track of tender calling.

Manage Accounts Receivable (20%)
Close monitoring of credit limits of all customers.
Selective recommendation of open credit terms to Country Managers.

QUALIFICATION:
-Minimum Degree in Medical or Business Administration and master of management
-Minimum 7 years experience in medical industry in Sales or Marketing
-Technical experience in medical products highly preferred
-Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese and English both written and verbal
-Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
