岗位职责和要求：
Main tasks:
-- Responsible for the assembly quality control in the production
-- Able to development the quality and process improvement continuously.
-- Responsible to implement and evaluate all tests for process improvements.
-- Analysis of components and finished products and find out the reasons of bad parts
-- provide suggestion to improve the production process
-- Responsible for software in the production machines as processes as well
-- Responsible to edit the working instructions and other quality relevant documentation.
-- Responsible to issue operation control plans, reaction plans if necessary and supervise the implement status of all plans
-- Records the errors with 8D
-- Able to complete and supervise FMEA (TS16949)
-- Readiness for trainings in MC Switzerland

Profile:
-- Engineering degree in industrial technology Electronics
-- At least one year experience in Micro electronic industry
-- Ability to communicate in English (speak and write)
-- Basic knowledge on computer applications
-- Systematic and methodic working
-- Strong analytical skills
-- Basic knowledge of Physics.
