岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and preparation of weekly spend position across selected non manufacturing and logistics purchases.
Identifying cost effective and credible manufacturers for prototypes and other related machinery as requested by the senior design engineers.
Ensure all orders are placed with the suppliers either by use of the main contractor or directly from Dyson and in a timely manner. This may be via email, phone or fax as required.
Develop multiple sources of non-manufacturing items and services. This is to ensure spend is placed in such a way as to create effective competition.
Drive cost analysis and cost reduction opportunities. This includes coordination and pushing of cost-down projects with Prime Contractors, Engineering, Testing and Quality.
Predicting futures cost and reporting likely impact versus budget. This needs to be in conjunction with Dyson senior design engineers, Dyson main contractors and sourcing manager.
Provide support for any duties relating to logistics for manufacturing and non manufacturing projects.
Provide support for other assignments / projects as required.
Visit component trade fairs within China as requested by management.
Maintenance of prototype supplier database.
Foreign travel may be required.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess a background in sourcing.
Based in Guangzhou.
Applicants should be Chinese citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Manufacturing experience from a Commercial or purchasing background desirable.
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Some international travel may be required.
