岗位职责和要求：
Main responsibilities:
To define store safety and security objectives, targets and related annually action plan by accessing current business conditions, co-worker's safety and security awareness
To ensure store risk management in safety and security meet with IKEA group requirements and local government regulations.
To develop and implement safety and security routines and retain the records showing up to date results.
To act as a representative, interface with outside agencies (policy, fire-fighting department, external guard service-company, attorneys...)
To recruit and manage the team, develop the co-workers' competence and implement the daily management
Requirements for position:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Good command of both oral and written English
3-5 years managerial experience in multi-national company or retail industry
Good communication and coordination skill, analytical and planning ability
Be able to work under pressure and have commercial sense.
