职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Main responsibilities:
To manage the daily operation of store replenishment and external warehouse team
To secure efficient low-cost goods flow process and develop logistics competence in IKEA store to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profits
To set up in-store logistic direction, align the team and motivate and inspire team numbers
To recruit and manage the team, develop the co-workers' competence and implement the daily management
Requirements for position:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Good command of both oral and written English
3-5 years managerial experience in multi-national company or retail industry
Good communication and coordination skill, analytical and planning ability
Be able to work under pressure and have commercial sense.
