岗位职责和要求：
The responsibilities:

Prepare and plan projects for Field.
Brief and debrief interviewing teams.
Train and manager interviewing teams.
Monitor quality control of data collection.
Generate and write up report regularly.
Constant communication with project team members.
Manage budget and time cost on project base.

The prerequisites:

Diploma or above with 2-3 years experiences in Market Research, Marketing, Customer Service, Admin or any service related industries.
Any market research experience is a definite advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a must.
Motivated, analytical mind, good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of team spirit.

向访问员团队做项目简报以及听取简报
培训并管理访问团队
监控数据收集后的质量控制
常规的工作总结以及编写
与项目成员不断沟通
以项目要求为准则控制管理预算以及时间费用

工作要求:

本科以上学历, 2-3年市场研究, 市场营销, 客户服务等相关工作经验
有市场研究行业经验者优先考虑
熟练应用Office软件
熟练流利的粤语, 普通话, 良好的英语沟通能力
主动积极, 善于思考分析, 良好的人际交往能力, 强烈的团队合作精神.
