岗位职责和要求：
IT 技术管理员

Responsibilities
1. Provide service to end users for daily IT support, coach end-user to improve their work productivity with IT tools and provide training when required.
2. Support on Win2K3/XP platform, Remote Access/VPN, telephone system, videoconference, asset management in Call Centre
3. Manage File Servers, security systems and network and equipment
4. Administer all upgrades for network devices, hardware and software
5. Perform system's administration tasks including account setup, maintain procedures, system audits, system backups, recover and system relocation
6. Project support and execution to meet client expectation
7. Assist IT Supervisor in performing & improving the IT service and operation management.
8. Liaise with vendors.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in computer science or related subjects
2. Candidate with related working experience in providing technical support to users is preferable
3. Background of IT project management and service management
4. Detailed knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows XP and all MS Office applications)
5. Basic written and spoken English skills and able to communicate with users of all level, spoken Cantonese is advantage
6. Excellent communication skills, team spirit
7. Pro-active, result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.
8. Solid work ethics and willingness to put in extra time/effort, service oriented.
9. Fresh graduate is also welcome.

工作职责:
1. 提供日常的IT支持,培训给终端用户, 在需要的时候利用IT工具提供培训以提高他们的工作效率.
2. 支援访问中心的Win2003/XP平台, 远程操控/VPN,电话系统,视频会议,设备管理
3. 管理文档服务器,安全系统,以及网络设备
4. 管理控制所有网络系统的升级, 硬件以及软件设施
5. 维护操作系统的管理任务,包括帐户设置,系统审查,系统备份,修复以及系统转移
6. 项目支持及执行以达到客户的需求
7. 协助IT主管控制并提高IT服务和操作的管理
8. 定期与服务供应商联络

工作要求:
1. 本科以上学历,主修计算机技术或相关专业
2. 有提供客户技术支持的相关工作经验者优先考虑
3. 有IT项目管理以及服务管理的背景
4. 熟练使用计算机操作系统,包括Windows XP以及所有MS Office软件的应用
5. 良好的英语读写能力,会讲广东话者优先考虑
6 优秀的沟通能力以及团队精神
7. 积极主动,能独立工作以及在压力中工作
8. 欢迎应届毕业生.
