岗位职责和要求：
Mechanical Engineer
As a member of the Process Engineering team, the challange can be described as following:
Tasks and responsibilities
1.Continuous improvement of existing equipments and devices.
2.Tool design by using CAD (Solid works or similar soft)
3.Analyze, define and implement solutions for assembly process where mechanical equipments are in use.
4.Lead or participate at Design-, Process- and Machine- FMEAs.
5.Assure a successful introduction of new devices into production without delay.
6.Perform systematic solving methods on process- and equipment problems.
7.Develop, test and implement any required changes for process, tools and equipments for continuous improvement and operational performance (1st-pass-yield).
8.Develop test devices for micromechanical tests (mostly with electronic outputs).
9.Provide technical assistance to the production team.
10.Participate in APQP projects for new product introductions.
11.Create and update technical documentation for tools and devices.
12.Assure compliance with health, safety, industrial hygiene and environmental standards.

Competences
1.Development of devices and equipments independently, according the given orders.
2.Figuring out the local resources for tools and jigs.
Personnel Profile:
1.5+ years industrial experience in a manufacturing engineering team; automotive or medical field is an advantage.
2.Engineering degree in Micro-mechanics or Micro-technology or Industry.
3.Practical experience in assembly automation, test systems, fixture and equipment design.
4.Strong interest in solving technical problems and strong analytical skills (self driven approach)
5.Practical experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and basic knowledge in quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, equipment and process validation, a.s.o.).
6.Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the will to drive improvement actions on the shop floor together with the team
7.Rigorous and systematic work style; result oriented and committed to meet objectives
8.Logical thinking with systematic and methodic approach
9.Disciplined and perseverant
10.Fluent in English (oral and written).
