岗位职责和要求：
Description of main tasks:

Responsible for the technical assistance on process and machinery issues:

- Responsible for the assembly quality and for continuous quality improvement development.

- Responsible to edit and issue Failure Mode and Error Analysis, Operation Control Plans, Working Instructions and other quality relevant documentation.

- Responsible to plan, carry out and evaluate tests series for new products or process improvements.

- Responsible to commissioning new basic mechanical equipments.

- Responsible to build up a systematic and disciplined working attitude within his/her team

- Analysis of the current problems, responsible to work out solutions and present containment actions that are to be submitted to the Business Unit management.

- Leadership of the problem and defects analysis section.

- Reporting (in English) defect failure analysis requests from customers

Requirements:

-Educational from university (Engineer or equivalent)
-Must be command of English speaking and writing
-Logical thinking
-Good systematic and methodic
-Disciplined
-Perseverant
-Basic knowledge on computer applications
-At least 3 years of experience within an industrial environment
