Job description:
- Grow Microsoft Sales and CPE in SOE segment through an indirect sales model. The SOE Sales Specialist is a strategic, senior sales role intended to drive large and strategic SOE opportunities to closure while ensuring the best customer and partner experience.
- The SOE Sales has a primary sales objective and is a key contributor to our core revenue streams (Windows, Office, Servers, Dynamics) as well as Enterprise Agreements penetration. He/She can be engaged on Licensing, Infrastructure or Business Solutions opportunities to maximize their value, closure rate, win rate and forecast accuracy.
- The SOE Sales has a unique responsibility in collaboration with the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission (SASAC) and Copyright Administration (CA) in driving a win-win expectation and actions between Governments, Customer & Microsoft. He/she will be working closely with our Legalization team & Public Sector team to align the right strategy toward SASAC & CA communication with SOE customers.
- The SOE Sales Specialist orchestrates Microsoft and Partner resources to assist in the sales engagement in the breadth space. This person is responsible for maximizing the Microsoft technology penetration in the breadth SOE space by leveraging the Microsoft extended teams (ie Marketing, Solution Specialists, PTS, Services, SAM and Licensing Specialists) and Partners' resources and offerings. The SOE Sales Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurately the assigned opportunity pipeline and forecast.

Job Deliverables:
- Grow the Business:
Own assigned large and strategic SOE opportunities (selection based on opportunity type, opportunity revenue threshold, competition presence) to closure (20% to 100% in the sales cycle).
- Drive Partner and Customer Satisfaction:
Assist and educate partner in the sales engagement, Ensure End Customer Satisfaction. Achieve success in closing business while ensuring customer and partner experience (CPE) and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with CA/SASAC & driving key programs:
Support and orchestrate CA/SASAC activities; communicate a right expectation between the government, Microsoft & customers. Drive win-win marketing programs and mobilizing partner offerings to help customer realize the benefits of Microsoft solutions.
