Job Description
The Solution Technology Unit Manager plays a key pre-sales role in Solution Selling and Microsoft technology adoption to customers and partners. He/She manages an Solution Technology unit team with good Microsoft technology expertise, especially in infrastructure, and good technical selling skills and help the regional GM to achieve sales and revenue goal, especially on solution selling and server products. He/She is also accountable for solution selling strategy and sales model implementation and the readiness of the Account Technology Specialist team. The Solution Technology Unit Manager will be energetic, accountable, passionate, deal with ambiguity and change, and also think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
- At least 7-10 years experiences in the industry in the related areas.
- At least 2 years experience in management in the related areas.
- Experienced in solution selling and key customer engagement.
- Strong technical knowledge and skill on software platform technology, especially infrastructure platform. Strong Microsoft software skills and knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good experience on big project implementation and technical consulting.
- Good people management skill, open and ethical.
- Fluent in English, especially oral English.
- Good team player.
