Position: Site Selection Manager
Job Location: Beijing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Negotiate lease agreement with landlord or agents;
- Prepare site selection market research and analytical report;
- Follow a strict time line of school opening date;
- Closely work with School Regional Director and Marketing Director to arrange the school opening sequence.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 5 years working experience in multinational real estate agents;
- Multi-site retail chain site selection experience is preferred, sample company: Starbucks, KFC, Hotwind, and Pizza Hut….etc;
- Excellent communication skill, rich experience in lease negotiation;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Good skill in PowerPoint and Photoshop process is a plus;
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Willing to travel.
