岗位职责和要求：
Main Focus:
1. Lead in the preparation of all cost reports and analyses. Develops and administers cost standards, policies and procedures for compiling plant cost data.
2. Assist in the preparation of planning in the development of financial forecasts and oversees the preparation of forecasts.
3. Assist and oversees in the preparation of plant budgets and assists line management in the administration of the budget.
4. Assist development of plant profit and loss forecasts. Oversees preparation of consolidated operating forecasts and statements from all cost centers.
5. Works on related or ad-hoc projects/or assignments as needed.
Main Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5-8 years working experience in plan/cost management in manufacturing environment
2. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or a technology related undergraduate degree.
3. Good communications in English and human relations skills. Facilitate communication between China and Germany/Singapore
4. Performs at an international skill level
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Interpret financial data and question financial assumptions made by others
7. Experienced using the Finance module of a highly integrated ERP system (SAP, Baan, Oracle, or similar)
8. High level of proficiency with Excel
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
