岗位职责和要求：
Position:Assistant Purchasing Manager/Purchasing Supervisor-Raw Material
Department:Procurement
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day raw material purchasing operations
Lead raw material purchasing team to ensure on time delivery of material to align with production schedule
Support Quality Team to settle quality claim with supplier
Supplier performance evaluation,monitoring and control
Coordinate QC inspections and audits for potential and existing suppliers
Supplier relationship management to ensure stable supply
Work closely with R&D for new material sourcing
Lead staff to support raw material localization project
Risk assessment for material supply
Problem solving with various departments of the plant
Frequent travel within China

Requirements:
University graduate , English level 6 or above
At least 8 years raw material purchasing experience with 3 years in managerial level in multi-national corporation or middle to large size company
Experience from FMCG would be an advantage
Able to work under pressure , have strong sense of urgency and leadership skill
Be discipline to follow up material purchases from development to delivery without supervision
Good communication and presentation skills
Good computer skill in Excel , Word , Powerpoint and with knowledge of MRP system
Candidate with formulation development experience is welcome
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Supervisor.
