岗位职责和要求：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve planned targets and sales objectives for assigned customers
Implement sales planning and strategy according to company framework
Establish and maintain business network and customer chain (distributors, hospital pharmacies, doctors, nurses, and technicians)
Utilise creative tactics to compete and achieve sales results
Keep expenses within approved expense budget set by line managers
Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs
Develop and improve customer relations
Provide marketing, medical and educational information to targeted customers
Provide relevant information and related services to customers
Organise educational or exchange activities with targeted customers according to planned activities
Provide and collect market information through customer visits, to support MIS
Maintain and update assigned customers profile
Assist sales and marketing departments to evaluate new customer/ projects

Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in clinic, other relevant majors
-Minimal 2-year medical sales experience preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good teamwork skills.
