职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1Manages the daily operations of the distribution, import/export, order processing system, warehouse management and transportation for company.
2Manages stock levels to optimum position.
3Plans on time utilities truck and warehouse capacity to deliver raw materials and customer shipment.
4Manages interface to marketing organization, providing planning link to production.
5Establishes objectives, targets and KPI's for logistics staff.
6Trains and develops team and individuals of logistics/distribution Division.
7Manages and controls logistics/distribution expenditure to below approved levels.
8Manages all quality aspects in relation to logistics operations ensuring compliance with relevant processes and procedures.
9Executes new initiatives to improve work processes and continuously improve performance in areas of quality, cost control and safety and environment.
10Implement Non-Trade Procurement Procedure.
Requirement:
Education: University or above, relative major
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge & skills of relative professional area; Computer & English good
Experience: Above 5 years relative management experience.
