岗位职责和要求：
Candidate Responsibilities:
Be responsible for deploying SQA strategy at supplier side.
Be responsible for deploying and following up Supplier Quality Development Program at supplier side and provide on-site support.
Be responsible for contracting of assigned Automotive & SLA suppliers'quality agreement and Material Quality Specifications (MQS).
Act as the interface between business lines and 3rd party suppliers in case of customer complaint. Analyse root cause and offer solution proposals to business lines. Implement, follow up and ensure corrective action plan at the supplier side.
Provide professional progress and Quality reports, data analysis and issue highlights.
Be responsible for Automotive & SLA inspection at supplier side if needed based on the quality agreement and MQS.
Participate the supplier audits, assessments and supplier performance measurement process and report to BG automotive & SLA.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor / master (preferred) degree in technical area, such as physics, mechanics, process mechanisation / automation
Structured way of working and reporting.
Understand Quality management systems like ISO and TS
Fluent in English
Experience in SQA or QA function(e.g. statistics, auditing, root cause analysis methods, etc.).
Experience in multi cultural environments.
Strong communication skills.Analytical, structured way of thinking
Accurate, data based
Willing to learn new things everyday, creative in finding solutions
Be able to work according to plan
Be a team player and a communicator
